Shipping policy

Free Australia Wide delivery is offered for orders $150 or greater. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery (after dispatch). For all gifts under $150 you have the choice of $10 Regular Shipping (2-5 days), $15 Express (next business day once dispatched except in remote locations).

Once carefully packaged, your order will be dispatched from Hobart within 36 hours, usually sooner. We regularly ship orders via Australia Post but may seek other providers if required.

After you've placed an order online, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately Habeo cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions. We cannot guarantee next day delivery, especially for remote locations. 

On the very rare occasion that delayed, lost or missing parcels find their way back to Habeo, you will incur a re-delivery fee to account for time and postage but rest assured we will do everything in our power to help you out.

At this time we are not offering international shipping (outside of Australia).
